Treating teens can be fun, exciting, and sometimes challenging. Today’s teens have unique preferences specific to their generation. They typically have short attention spans and a need for instant gratification, which can affect the decisions they make regarding their health. 

Discussion will include current dietary trends, potentially life altering eating disorders, and specific oral health wants and needs of your teen patient.

 About the Speaker:  Tracey Jacobs, BSDH, RDH is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Education Association, American Dental Hygienists’ Association and American Academy for Oral Systemic Health. Having served several leadership positions including President of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association, she was awarded the FDHA Distinguished Service Award. Tracey brings over 25 years of dental industry business experience including clinician and organized dental hygiene. She manages the South region for Philips and presents a variety of educational programs nationwide.
