Dr. Jon W. Caulfield owns and operates Epic Dentistry in Littleton, Colorado where he focuses on treating patients with airway, sleep and TMJ disorders. He has been fortunate to work alongside world leaders in neuromuscular occlusion, sleep and airway improvement. He has been a Vivos Integrated Practice since 2010, is an employee of the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine and is an Integrated Clinical Advisor for Vivos Therapeutics.

You’ve identified a case. Now, we’ll walk you through the full

treatment and follow-up process.


Introduction to Adult Home Sleep Testing

Training patients in the use of the HST unit, uploading results,

printing and interpretation of reports, and resetting the unit for the next patient Sleep Test Interpretation


How to view sleep report evaluations and what they tell us about breathing wellness.


Comprehensive Clinical Records


Putting the Pieces Together (Head and Neck, Photos, ConeBeam, Scans, HST)

Creating a treatment plan using comprehensive clinical records.

Submitting the Case to Vivos

How to report diagnoses and information that must be included.

Everything is set up to have your cases evaluated and the cases are sent to the lab. 



Vivos is registered, with the FDA, as a Specification Developer

    Vivos mRNA (Mandibular Repositioning Nightime Appliance): FDA CLEARED as a Class 2 appliance; cleared for the treatment of  adult patients diagnosed with mild to moderate sleep apnea, snoring and sleep disordered breathing.

    Vivos DNA (Daytime Nightime Appliance): FDA REGISTERED as a Class 1 appliance for palatal expansion 

    Vivos Guide Series (VStarter, VGrow, VWay): FDA REGISTERED as Class 1 appliances for teeth straightening
