Sherri Lukes joins us to talk about mission trips, oral pathology, and pregnancy. We start with discussing mission trips and how the student can benefit from going these trips. We also discussed different diseases she has encountered and their oral symptoms. We talk about dental treatment for those who are pregnant. We discuss the importance of understanding cultural values and traditions and how it relates to the dental field.
